Role Description
- Support the recruitment of learners
- Manage learner documentation
- Facilitate induction sessions
- Ensure learner progress and achievements are measured
- Track implementation of agreements, attendance and progress measurement
- Manage/ co-ordinate the implementation of the project at project-site level, within agreed timeframes and performance standards
- Manage project-site level project finances within agreed policies, procedures and accountability framework
- Ensure learners receive mentorship and support
- Conduct workshops with employers on the project deliverables and objectives
