Job Description

Kern doel van die pos:

Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die Versekering afdeling.

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12;
  • Vorige ondervinding in ‘n administratiewe omgewing ‘n aanbeveling.

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office)
  • Goeie interpersoonlike en konflik hanterings- vaardighede
  • Syfervaardigheid, noukeurigheid en akkuraatheid essensieel
  • Moet onafhanklik en onder druk kan funksioneer
  • Goeie organisasie en prioritiserings- vermoё

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Byhou van administrasie;
  • Hanteer tjeks en tjekaanvrae;
  • Hanteer joernale en joernaalaanvrae;
  • Hantering van versekering spesifieke administrasie.

Main purpose of the position:

The effective handling of all administrative tasks with regards to the Insurance division.

Minimum Requirements:             

  • Grade 12;
  • Previous experience in a administrative environment an advantage.

Skills:

  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills;
  • Good numerical ability as well as the ability to work meticulously and pay attention to detail;
  • Must be able to function independently and cope under pressure;
  • Good organisation and prioritising abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain administration;
  • Process cheques and cheque requests;
  • Process journals and journal requests;
  • Handle insurance specific administration.
