Vacancy: Health and Safety Administrator
Region: Head Office- Helderkruin
Division: Group Health and Safety Department- Human Capital
Reporting to: Group SHEQ Manager
Overall Purpose of the job:
It is expected of the incumbent to fulfill all administrative related function in support of the department. This includes but are not limited to: Data capturing, Health and Safety toolbox talks, Statistics and data collection and system input, support necessary awareness programmes, wellness support and incident co-ordination and capturing.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Passed Grade 12
- Knowledge of the Security Industry
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent admin Skills
- Interpersonal skills
Main duties and Responsibilities
- General admin duties , assist in meetings with Service providers and other stakeholders.
- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly reports, doing presentations, binding packs and taking minutes
- Overseeing online system (MySolutions) functionality and supporting branches
- Support team with client requirements
- Managing HSE process at Head Office and assisting branches
- Monthly compilation of Branch compliance
- Monthly compilation of IOD and MVA stats
- Record keeping of all stats
- Investigations of IOD’s
- Drafting of toolbox talks
- Monitoring of COVID 19 screening
