Assistant Branch Mananger
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in responsibility and accountability of all aspects of the store
- Key operational performance assessment
- General administration
- Manage shrinkage and control stock takes
- POS process management
- HR/IR management
- Customer care (incorporating the brand)
- Merchandising principles and marketing implementation
- Operations policy and procedure
- Assist in ensuring that sales and all expenses are in line with budget
- Ensure that stock indicators are in line with company benchmarks
- Store profit
- Assist with tenders
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Relevant Degree/Diploma (advantage)
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Agricultural Sector in a Retail Management role
General Worker
Responsibilities and Duties
- Loading & off-loading of trucks
- Sorting and storage of goods
- Stock counting
- Keep working area clean and neat
- Be willing to work overtime when required
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Good communication skills
- Excellent health
- Be able to handle physical work
- Honest & Reliable
Driver (Code 8 & 10)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Transporting of stock to clients
- Completing paperwork when loading and off-loading stock
- Obeying road safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Candidate must be literate
- Valid driver’s license (Code 10) with PDP
- Code 14 license (Advantageous)
- 2 years experience in transporting of stock
- Agriculture background (advantageous)
Store Man
Responsibilities and Duties
- Loading & off-loading of trucks
- Keep working area clean and neat
