DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for general tidiness
- Cleaning duties
- Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Assist customers/suppliers with loading and offloading of stock as required according to policies and procedures
- General housekeeping of premises
- Customer services

Cashier
- Administers and controls all cash handled by the branch
REQUIREMENTS

- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

Manage the internal and external administration of an organisation or a task.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in the agriculture industry will be advantageous

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actioning and investigation of returns and shortages of the various milling sites according to policies and procedures
- Minimize risk to the company by accurately processing credit notes within set mandate
- Capturing invoices
- Accurate filing of all records of transactions, credit notes, invoices and other relevant documentation
- Handling internal and external queries, investigation and problem solving
- Maintain high standards for administration
- Reconciliations of returns and debtors’ book
- Client services
- Employee support by providing training and assisting with queries to employees
- Other job-related administrative duties
