Shoprite Have Admin/Fleet Clerk Opportunity

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide support to the Admin Manager. This will include the capturing and maintenance of administrative documents, performing deliveries and other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Objective:

  • Delivering boxes
  • Emergency deliveries to clients
  • Going to the bank, post offices etc for deliveries and pickups
  • Purchasing of Cleaning supplies
  • Stock/Package Purchasing
  • Stocktake of inventory of supplies
  • Ensure proper filing is maintained
  • Performing ad hoc duties

Qualification:

Essential

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Drives licence

Experience:

Essential

  • Minimum of on year’s administrative experience

Knowledge & Skills:

Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills– fluent in English and at least one other official language.
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer literacy (MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
