Job Summary

Represents and sells the organisation’s products and/services to customers by visiting and obtaining orders and ensure growth in market share


  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Computer literate
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency English and Northern Sotho is essential
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Traceable track reference in similar capacity.


  • Visit clients on a weekly basis and take orders
  • Planning of weekly visits to clients and reporting thereof to management to ensure regular contact visits
  • Ensure service delivery to customers are on a high standard to ensure growth in market share
  • Meet targets as per budget for sales team as set by management
  • Weekly reporting of financial performance to management
  • Facilitate and solving of queries and complaints and escalate unresolved issues as a matter of urgency
  • Solicit new clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Disseminate marketing material, advertisements and business notices on an ongoing basis
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a good working condition by completing a daily checklist and communicating any deviations to the relevant person including planned maintenance
