Job Summary

An exciting new opportunity has just become available at the Hollard Partner Solutions, Retail & Affinity Partnerships area. Hollard is looking to recruit an Operations Assistant. The purpose of this position is to provide operational support to the Relationship management team and the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent commercial qualification
  • Life & Short Term Insurance qualification advantageous

Competencies:

  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in related course
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Experience in Life or short term Insurance
  • Compile relevant files on agreements and marketing material for the team
  • Data warehousing of mission critical documents
  • Manage and maintain documents on the shared drive (be the custodian of the shared drive)
  • MS Packages
