Overall Purpose of the Job: This position will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This position will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, positions and organisation structures.
Note – This is a 12 month contract

Minimum Requirements…

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Post Matric qualification or Equivalent – Grade 12 (minimum)
  • Change management certification.
  • 5 years of proven track record of working as Change Manager on Large projects.
  • Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to play an integral part in project delivery given tight constraints and uncompromising quality
  • Excellent presentation, documentation and writing skills.
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional and well presented at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours, if required
