Manage and maintain strong Reseller customer relationships (Wholesale, SDCOs & Truckstops) though implementation of Reseller marketing strategies to deliver sustainable business growth & maximize profitability and to ensure all Reseller accounts comply to the relevant HSEQ regulations and risks are mitigated

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 1: Customer and Stakeholder Relationship Management
Foster and sustain effective working relationship and rapport with customers and stakeholders (both internal & external) by understanding customer/stakeholders needs & requirements and managing their expectations in order to sustain current business and gain new business opportunities

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 2: Demand Forecast and Supply Management
Compile monthly customer demand forecast & review sales vs forecast by implementing supply management measures to ensure effective and fair supply and accurate demand and supply planning

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 3: New Business & Pipeline Development
Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities by actively engaging customer base for Engen cross selling opportunities and implement marketing strategies in order to identify and develop new
business and maximise profit

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 4: HSEQ Compliance
Enforce the implementation of all applicable Engen guidelines (eg HSEQ requirements & ZETO Rules) & Legislative requirements to stakeholders in order to ensure compliance and to safeguard Engen’s interests

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 5: Sales Plan Implementation
Execute the sales plan and provide recommendations on competitor activities through business networking and market intelligence, facilitating the sales implementation by monitoring of the inventory of the system to achieve targeted sales volume; market share; revenue and margin for the company as well as appraising customers sales programs in order to achieve targeted sales volume, market share, revenue and margin for the company

What you’ll have done before

Minimum Qualification, Accreditation & Experience:
NQF Level 6 (Commerce, Business, Engineering or related)
5 years Sales and Marketing Experience
Computer Literacy (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid drivers License

Important Information

Specific Working Conditions
Frequent travel to Key accounts (nationally)
Travel may be required for occasional meeting/training
Requirement to broaden the scope of work can happen on an ad-hoc basis
