Minimum Requirements…
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
- National Diploma in Security Management or equivalent
- PSIRA Registered – Grade A
- Computer Literate (MS Office suite)
- Management experience (Minimum 5 years)
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Sound knowledge of Easy Roster system
- Sound knowledge of the security industry
- Sound knowledge of HR and ER
- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements of the department
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be available on standby
- Sound knowledge of ePayroll system

Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage existing contracts on a daily basis
- Manage costs and grow business in the Pretoria Region by obtaining new profitable contracts
- Attend client meetings
- Conduct detailed risk assessments
- Submission of daily packs
- Dealing with all operational queries
- Manage all staff (operational and admin)
- Conduct site visits
- Ad hoc duties that may be required by the business
